I get an error “Please connect your camera” but I’m already connected
*Make sure you are only using the USB cable that was included with your iON camera.
*Always power your iON camera first and then connect to your PC or MAC.
*When connecting via USB cable, always connect directly to your PC. Do not use USB hubs, do not connect to USB ports on keyboards or monitor USB ports.
*Make sure your PC or MAC has a 2.0 USB port. If not sure consult your PC manufacturer user guide.
*Always keep your PC up to date. If using Windows go to windows updates, if using MAC go to App store.
