My iON camera fails to charge.
*Remove the PODz door or WiFi PODz from your camera and press the reset button.
*Only use the AC adapter and USB cable that came with your iON camera.
*If you are using a PC, make sure your PC is powered.
*If you are using a PC, make sure to connect directly to your PC. Do not use USB hubs, USB keyboard or USB monitor.
*If you are using a PC, make sure the USB port is a 2.0
*If you are using a PC running Windows XP, check to make sure that your Windows XP is running Service Pack 3.
